Since 1943, Gemco Manufacturing has provided precision progressive die metal stampings, fourslide / multislide stamped and formed components, wireforms and spring components to OEM manufacturers in the medical, electronics, automotive, hardware, telecommunications, aerospace, power tool and consumer products markets.

Built in 2001, Gemco’s 40,000 sq. ft. facility houses fourslide machines and progressive metal stamping presses with up to 100 ton capacity allowing us to form strip material from .002" to .125" thick, as well as wire diameters from .002" to .187". Materials utilized include low & high carbon steels, brass, copper, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel titanium (NiTi), titanium and other spring steels in support of your company's metal component requirements.

Continuous process improvements and experience in a wide range of manufacturing disciplines enable us to recognize design enhancement, consolidation and cost reduction opportunities. Gemco can manage complex designs and close tolerances, as well as specialized material requirements. Our tooling is designed and manufactured in-house utilizing the latest AutoCAD and Esprit software, CNC machine tools and CNC Wire EDM.

Gemco has incorporated Real-Time Vision Systems into it’s progressive tooling to ensure that we maintain the PPM levels to support your strictest quality requirements. Component design engineering and prototyping are offered to assure the most cost effective fabrication of precision components.
