Gemco Manufacturing produces a wide variety of stamped components, including electrical contacts, electrical terminals, blades, jumpers, clips, fasteners, flat springs, coiled springs, stamped spring clips, and wire forms.
Our manufacturing processes produce precision stamped electrical contacts, electrical terminals, and other components complete with the insertion of silver or copper electrical contacts, rivets, PEM ® Fasteners, and screws in the progressive metal stamping tool. Most of our competitors would need to add secondary operations to provide the same product at a higher component cost.
Gemco supports a variety of industries with its electrical contacts and terminals by utilizing an assortment of materials such as Low & High Carbon Steels, Brass, Copper, Nickel, Beryllium Copper, Bimetals and Clad Alloy Strip, Phosphor Bronze, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Palladium, and other Spring Steel Alloys.
