Fourslide Stamping
Gemco’s Fourslide Metal Stamping and Wireforming machines provide excellent size capacity in both flat strip and round or shaped wire. The fourslide metal forming process affords us the option to stamp and form flat strip metal from .004" through .093" thick and wire diameters from .010" through .187".

The versatility of our fourslide stamping and wireforming processes afford lower tooling investment costs while providing quality, close tolerance components. The fourslide wireforming process is capable of producing complex wireforms with consistent adherence to tolerances at higher production speeds than CNC wireforming processes, thus producing lower cost components.
Multi-Slide Stamping
Gemco also offers multi-slide stamped components. Our multi-slide stamping processes offer metal forming motions not available in a typical progressive metal stamping operation. Our fourslide and multi-slide stampings are available with a number of value-added options including in-die insertion of electrical contacts, rivets, PEM® Fasteners and screws. Gemco can also provide in-die thread tapping, in-die spot welding, and two stage tooling that eliminate secondary operations thus reducing component costs.
