Gemco Manufacturing provides progressive stamped metal components to OEM manufacturers in the automotive, consumer products, medical, electronics, aerospace, telecommunications and power tool industries.
Our manufacturing processes provide state-of-the-art high speed progressive die stamping presses with up to 100 ton capacity producing high quality, tight tolerance metal components. We insure and maintain the PPM levels and quality standards that our customers require with the utilization of real-time vision monitoring systems built into our progressive metal stamping tooling. Tight Tolerance Tooling
Gemco’s progressive die tooling is designed and manufactured in-house utilizing the latest AutoCAD and Esprit software, CNC machine tools and CNC Wire EDM.
Value-Added Components and Processes
In support 
of our customer’s competitive edge in today’s global markets, we provide in-die insertion of electrical contacts, rivets, PEM ® Fasteners, screws and spot welding thus eliminating costly secondary operations. Fulfilling our customer’s needs is the focus of our business.
