Gemco Manufacturing provides value added services such as component prototyping, in-die insertion of electrical contacts, rivets, PEM® Fasteners, screws, in-die thread tapping and in-die spot welding that eliminates secondary operations thus reducing component costs.
Our secondary department supports our customer’s component manufacturing requirements by offering spot welding, butt welding of wireform components, multiple component assembly, custom packaging, tape and reel packaging, and finished component distribution.
Our manufacturing process can produce precision components complete in the progressive die metal stamping tooling, whereas many of our competitors would need to add secondary operations.
