high speed progressive metal stamping presses with up to 100
ton capacity produce quality, tight tolerance components.
We also utilize real-time vision monitoring systems built
into our progressive tooling to insure that we maintain the
PPM levels and quality standards that our customers require.
All our tooling is designed and manufactured in-house utilizing
the latest AutoCAD and Esprit software, CNC machine tools
and CNC Wire EDM.
We offer in-die insertion of electrical contacts, rivets,
PEM® Fasteners and screws. Gemco can also provide in-die
spot welding that eliminates secondary operations thus reducing
component costs. Our manufacturing process can produce precision
components complete in the progressive metal stamping tooling
where as our competitors would need to add secondary operations.

building experience to produce cost effective components to
support our customer’s competitive edge in today’s
